The biggest problem most people seem to have with Goat Meat is how to cook it. The simple answer is very much the same as Lamb, but just cook it Slower and for Longer, as Goat Meat does not contain as much Fat as other meats and therefore needs to be cooked slightly differently.
In all Goat Meat contains less Saturated Fat, Fat, Cholesterol and Calories than Chicken, Lamb, Beef and Pork, but still retains an equal amount of Protein.
Goat meat is truly a very Healthy Meat. As for taste young Goat Meat tastes very similar to Chicken, at approx 8 -24 month like Lamb and older Culled Nannies taste more like strong Beef.
